2. Price and Availability

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice
• Limit the quantity of products available for purchase
• Correct any pricing errors, including typos and outdated information
• Refuse any order placed through our services

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed via email.

3. Service Termination

Nodeqore reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive or harassing behavior
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property
• Interference with the operation of our services

4. Product Warranty

Each Nodeqore product is backed by a limited warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by product and are specified on the respective product page and in your order confirmation. The warranty is a separate agreement and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

• Coverage: Limited to manufacturing defects under normal use.
• Process: Contact support for warranty claims and return authorization.
• Exclusions: Damage from misuse, modification, unauthorized repair, or acts of God.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return policies and refund eligibility vary by product. Please refer to the specific product page and your order confirmation for applicable terms.

• Eligibility: Undamaged products in original packaging, within the specified return window.
• Custom Products: Specially configured or custom-built products are non-returnable.
• Process: Contact support for return authorization before shipping.
• Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

All Nodeqore products, designs, documentation, and content are protected by intellectual property rights including:

• Patents on mechanical designs and thermal management systems
• Trademarks on the Nodeqore name, logo, and product names
• Copyrights on documentation, firmware, and software

Purchase of hardware does not grant rights to reproduce, modify, or redistribute proprietary designs.

This does not limit a licence expressly stated on a specific Nodeqore page. In particular, the 10-Inch Rack Interface Specification and its identified reference SVG figures are available under the licence shown on that specification page; Nodeqore names, logos, and trademarks remain reserved.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nodeqore shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss or business interruption
• Use of products outside their intended purpose
• Damage to connected equipment due to product failure

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Force Majeure

Nodeqore shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or armed conflict
• Government actions, embargoes, or sanctions
• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
• Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes
• Failures of third-party suppliers or carriers

9. Export Compliance

Nodeqore products may be subject to export control regulations. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable import, export, and re-export laws. Products are not designed for use in weapons systems or nuclear facilities.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nodeqore is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution in the jurisdiction of incorporation. The arbitration shall be conducted in the language of the arbitration agreement, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to prevent irreparable harm.

11. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Nodeqore. Nodeqore may assign or transfer these terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
